Mail order
At Calico Kate every customer is unique… So, no button to press to order!!! We love to speak to you, so just give us a call with your order (or email it, if you prefer).
Your call will be answered by Kate, Karen, Lesley or Kate Hannon.
If you are unable to visit, then wherever possible, email your order, and include your address, telephone number, the name of the fabric collection(s), the code number(s) and description as on my website, and the quantity required.
We will then check stock and email you the cost plus postage. Payment is by debit or credit card by you giving us a call with your details. Alternatively you can pay by Bank Transfer: these details we send when you confirm your order.
With so many of you now homeworking, we suggest you call when it is convenient to you to pay: our opening hours are 10.00 - 4.00 Tuesday to Saturday. Alternatively I can give you my home number to call after hours.
International orders
We are happy to accept orders from overseas,
preferably by email — see above. If telephoning from abroad, omit the '0'.
Please be aware that goods sent outside the UK may be subject to local taxes and customs/import charges, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
